Taleni Etosha Village offers twice daily game drives in custom game viewer vehicles for a Namibia safari in Etosha. Sundowner trips go to a nearby view site. Guests enjoy light refreshments on both options.

Guided game drives and Etosha safaris in Namibia:

There are 2 game viewing vehicles which seat a maximum of 10 passengers per vehicle per trip. Game drives depart twice a day for Etosha National Park. Morning drives set off at approximately 6:30am, depending on seasonal gate opening times.

This Namibia safari in Etosha lasts for approximately 6 hours following a route through the Andersson Gate to Okaukuejo, and visiting various waterholes in a circular route. There is also a stop-over at 'Olifant�s Bad' where guests can stretch their legs and enjoy light refreshments prepared by the gourmet kitchen at Taleni Etosha Village.

Afternoon drives depart at 2pm and follow the same route. Alternative routes to ensure maximum exposure to the Namibia wildlife may be suggested and followed by the guides, depending on the road-accessibility.

Should vehicles be available, full-day trips can also be organised. The guides driving these vehicles have extensive regional knowledge of the area and animals and give a 'running commentary' en-route.

Sundowner Trips:

Weather permitting, these excursions take guests to a nearby hill to enjoy a 'sundowner in the bush' while relaxing and watching an incredible sunset which this area is renowned for.

The trip departs at about 6:30pm or thereabouts, according to sunset times and weather conditions, and returns to the Taleni Etosha Village after sunset at about 7:30pm, for a sumptuous gourmet dinner. Beer / wine or soft drinks and light snacks are included en-route.
