Game viewing is an exciting trip by speedboat on the Chobe River looking towards Chobe National Park - famous for its huge herds of wading Elephant. A quieter river trip is in a mokoro where you glide silently past colourful birds, Lechwe, Crocodiles and grunting Hippo during your Namibia safari. On ocassion guests may even see lions on the banks of the Chobe River.

Spot some of Africa's rarest birds in the varied habitats of the islands and surrounding floodplains: Rock Pratincole, Pels Fishing Owl, Pygmy Geese, African Skimmers. The islands offer many unrestricted walks, including an Afro botanical tree walk (learning about the traditional uses of plants and trees).
